HEALTH AND SAFETY
The object of this Safety Policy is to provide the framework around which a safe and healthy working environment can be maintained.
It is the policy of MM Cleaners to place great importance on all aspects of health and safety at all times.
It is our policy to liaise and co-operate with our clients to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all whilst on their premises.
MM Cleaners recognises and accepts its obligations to ensure that other parties are not adversely affected by our activities.
We will take steps, so far as is reasonably practicable, to meet our health and safety responsibilities, paying particular attention to:
- The safe provision and maintenance of equipment, machinery and system of work.
- Safe arrangements for the use handling and storage and transportation of equipment and materials.
- Provision of sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision to enable our employees to avoid hazards and contribute positively to their own and others health and safety at work.
- Revise and review our health and safety policy to incorporate any new legislation.
